摘  要:以榆糜2号为材料,研究22种药剂对糜子的杀雄效应,为糜子化杀剂筛选奠定基础。结果表明,不同杀雄剂的杀雄效果有差异,在参试的22种药剂中,豆草特和SQ-1诱导雄性不育率均超过95%;当剂量增大时,雄性不育率与杂交率升高,但自然授粉结实率降低;SQ-1在不同剂量处理条件下,自然授粉结实率差异较大,豆草特较小;喷施SQ-1后,糜子农艺性状改变不明显,而豆草特对糜子的生长影响较大。The effect of 22 chemical drugs on induced male sterility of Yumi 2 was compared to set a base for the selection of millet chemical hybridizing agent.The results showed that different chemical drugs had different effects.Of the 22 tested chemical drugs,male sterility rate induced by imazethapyr and SQ-1 were both over 95%.With the increase of dosage,male sterility rate and crossing rate increased,but seed-setting rate of natural pollination decreased;The seed-setting rates of natural pollination in high and low dosage treatment of SQ-1 had large differences,but those of imazethapyr was smaller.The agronomic characteristics of prosomillet treated by SQ-1 was not obvious,however,the influence treated by imazethapyr to be bigger compared to SQ-1.
