摘　　要：为了解决家具企业对客户个性化需求的快速应变能力和生产供货能力、增加企业的市场份额,通过对家具市场供需矛盾的分析,对家具企业资源管理系统的架构进行了研究,设计了基于SOA面向个性化订单的资源管理系统集成的模型,并给出了模型的应用方法。该模型能够针对个性化订单,使企业在信息资源管理上做出敏捷、快速的反应,解决供需矛盾,实现家具企业与客户的双赢。该模型在某家具企业的应用,得到了较好的效果。Individual demand of customer is very obvious in furniture market.To solve rapid strain capacity and production capacity for furniture enterprise to meet customer personalized needs,and increase enterprise market share,based on the analysis of the contradiction between supply and demand of furniture market,and study of furniture enterprise resource management system framework,integration model of resource management system for individual orders based on SOA is designed,and the method of model application is presented.The model can help enterprise to make quick and prompt response to individual orders in information resources management,to solve the contradiction between supply and demand,and furniture enterprise and customer win-win situation are realized.It gets a good effect from the model＇s applications in a furniture enterprise.
