摘　　要：目的:探讨系统化护理干预对老年糖尿病患者髋关节置换术前血糖的影响。方法:将48例行髋关节置换术老年糖尿病患者随机分为干预组和对照组各24例,对照组给予常规护理,干预组在此基础上给予系统化护理干预。分别于入院第2天及术前1 d采用焦虑自评量表评定患者的焦虑程度;入院第2天及手术当日测量患者空腹血糖。结果:干预组术前1 d SAS评分及术日血糖均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:系统化护理干预可缓解患者术前焦虑状态,有效控制血糖水平。Objective： To probe into the impact of systematic nursing intervention on the preoperative blood glucose level of the elderly diabetic patients undergoing hip replacement. Methods： 48 elderly diabetic patients who underwent hip replacement were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group （24 cases in each group ）. The patients were given routine nursing care in the control group and the systematic nursing intervention was additionally applied to the patients in the intervention group. The Self- rating Anxiety Scale was used to assess the patient＇s anxiety respectively on the 2nd day on admission and one day before surgery; the fasting blood glucose were measured on the 2nd day on admission and on that day of surgery. Results： The SAS scores one day before surgery and the blood glucose level on the day of surgery were lower in the intervention group than the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： The systematic nursing intervention can alleviate the patient＇s preoperative anxiety and effectively control blood glucose level.
