武钢5号高炉操作炉型管理系统的开发及应用

摘　　要：以武钢5号高炉为依托,采用三维图形显示及模式识别技术,研究了大量使用铜冷却壁的高炉炉型变化的特征,通过模式识别可以将炉型划分为25种4大类。同时,研究了炉型变化与高炉利用系数之间的对应关系,获得了炉型变化的初步规律,以武钢5号高炉2010年1月炉况的波动为例,说明了炉型管理系统的使用情况。该系统可以有效监控炉型变化,对炉况的恢复提供了宝贵的信息。With reference to No. 5 blast furnace of WISCO, the profile variation characteristics of numerous blast furnaces lined with copper cooling stave get studied by 3 - D graphic display technology, and mode identification technology which can divide the furnace profiles into four categories and 25 kinds. Additionally, the research on interrelationship between profile variation and furnace utilization factor roughly also reveals profile variation rule. Taking furnace status variation of WISCO＇s No. 5 BF in Jan. 2010 as an example, the paper introduces the utilization of furnace profile management system, which can effectively monitor the change of furnace profile to provide helpful information for furnace recovery.
