摘　　要：规范与流程建设是提升运行管理水平的关键途径。本文研究和分析了校园网运行管理的主要特点和需求,借鉴eTOM和ITIL的管理思想,提出了校园网运行管理规范体系的框架设计;根据该体系建设的规范管理系统,已成为清华大学校园网运行管理的关键支撑系统,该体系为校园网规范管理提供了重要参考。Constructing specifications and processes play a key role in improving the level of campus network operation and management （OAM）. Characteristics and requirements of campus network OAM are analyzed in this paper. Architecture of campus network OAM is also presented. The specification management system of Tsinghua University campus network was designed according to the architecture, which has become the reference architecture in designing campus network specification and management in the future.
