摘　　要：通过对医院满意度测评网络信息系统的研究，提供医疗服务质量评价工具，形成医院满意度测评体系。通过webform方式，采用PowerBuilder工具对网络测评系统进行开发。指标体系、报表、调查内容等方面均按照卫生部要求规范统一化，满意度报表包括三个层次，分别是个人、科室和医院。通过研究开发满意度测评系统初步形成了医院满意度测评体系，医院的工作效率得到了提升。Hospital satisfaction measurement research network information system,to provide medical services quality assessment tool,the formation of hospital satisfaction measurement system.Way through the webform using PowerBuilder tool for network evaluation system for development.Indicators,reports,surveys,etc.are in accordance with the content requirements of uniform regulation of the Ministry of Health,the report consists of three levels of satisfaction,namely individuals,departments and hospitals.Through research and development of satisfaction measurement system formed a hospital satisfaction measurement system,the hospital＇s efficiency has been improved.
