摘　　要：目的探讨黄芪建中口服液治疗消化性溃疡及对PGE2、EGF的影响。方法共收集观察病例60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组口服奥美拉唑20mg,1次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上加服黄芪建中口服液,2次/d,每次1支。Hp阳性者予三联根除疗法,治疗1周后对照组继服奥美拉唑,剂量不变,治疗组继服黄芪建中口服液+奥美拉唑。两组治疗6周复查胃镜及相关指标,6个月后进行随访。结果治疗组的临床愈合率高于对照组,两组胃镜疗效判定差异无统计学意义。治疗组治疗后PGE2及EGF水平高于治疗前及对照组。6个月后随访,治疗组复发率低于对照组,PGE2及EGF水平无差异。结论黄芪建中口服液能提高溃疡愈合质量,防止溃疡复发。Objective To discuss the effects of Huangqi Jianzhong oral solution in the treatment of peptic ulcer and the PGE2, EGF. Methods 60 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Omeprazole 20 mg, once daily. On the basis of the control group,the treatment group took Huangqi Jianzhong oral solution,1 piece, twice daily. Triple therapy was used for HP positive cases, after that,the control group continued taking omeprazole, the treatment group continued taking Huangqi Jianzhong oral solution with Omeprazole. Endoscopy and related indexes were examined 6 weeks and 6 months later in both two groups. Results The clinical healing rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group. The endoscopic healing rate of them showed no significant difference. Conclusion Huangqi Jianzhong oral solution can improve the quality of ulcer healing, induce the recurrence rate.
