摘　　要：目的:探讨整体护理在骨科中的应用。方法:回顾分析2010年1月～2010年12月住院患者825例施行整体护理,特别是围手术期患者。结果:转变服务理念,做好了骨科患者康复过程中的人性化护理。结论:提高了护理质量和病人满意度。Objective： Assess the overall nursing care in orthopedics Application. Methods： Retrospective analysis in January 2010 ～ December 2010 in our hospital 825cases of hospitalized orthopedic patients with clinical data of the implementation of holistic nursing. Results ：Change service concept, made orthopaedic patients during rehabilitation of humanized nursing.Conclusion：The quality of care and patient satisfaction.
