关于西气东输ESD系统报错的探讨和可行性优化建议

摘　　要：介绍了ESD系统中的HIMA模块在西气东输应用中出现Error报警的情况。针对HIMA发生Error报警后影响生产的矛盾,根据HIMA模块的基本工作原理,分析了HIMA出现Error报警的可能情况,给出了系统的改进优化建议,以便于预防HIMA Error报错的频繁发生,消除安全隐患,使管道系统安全平稳的运行。This paper introduces the application of the Error alarm of HIMA modules in ESD system in West-East Pipeline.To reduce the effect of the error＇ alarm of HIMA modules on production,possible causes are analysed on the basis of HIMA modules principle.Approaches to optimize the Automatic control system.Combined with field application,suggestions on improving operation reliability are given to protect the pipeline system operating safe and stablely.
