摘　　要：设计出一套铆钉外形尺寸自动检测系统,用两个高精度相机对待测铆钉进行拍照,通过图像采集卡传输到工控机中进行图像处理,以检测铆钉是否为合格品,完成在数据库中保存数据及生成Excel报表功能,并通过NI-6259数据采集卡作为控制单元,完成包括送料及废料剔除的整个控制流程。设计中运用LabVIEW开发环境及其机器视觉模块,大大缩短了软件开发周期。An automatic rivet dimensions detection system is designed.Pictures of the rivets are taken by two high-precision cam- eras,and transmitted through the image acquisition cart into IPC （Industrial Personal Computer）.lmage processing in the IPC then can tell whether the rivet is qualified.Detected data is stored in the database and used to generate Excel report.NI-6259 data acquisition card is used as control unit to complete the whole process including feeding and reject removing.
