摘 要:为了计算调径变矩抽油机的惯性载荷和摩擦载荷,研究了该抽油机的悬点运动规律,得到了悬点运动速度、加速度和曲柄转角的关系式,推导出悬点惯性载荷计算式和抽油杆柱摩擦载荷计算式。以CYJ8-3-26HY型抽油机为例,把相关计算式编写入计算程序并运行,绘制出悬点惯性载荷、摩擦载荷和总载荷与曲柄转角的关系曲线。为进一步研究此类新型抽油机提供理论支持。To calculate the suspension inertial load and friction load of diameter adjustable pumping unit,its movement of suspension point was studied, and the relations between suspension point velocity, acceleration and the crank angle were obtained. Thus, the relations of rod load and the relations of sucker road friction load were derived. A computer programming was used to draw curves of suspension inertial load,friction load and total load with crank angle based on the example of CYJ8-3-26HY pumping unit. Finally, a conclusion was given on the characteristic curve of it, providing theoretical support to this new type of pumping unit for further development.
