星状神经节阻滞对植物神经功能紊乱的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察星状神经节阻滞(Stellate Ganglion Block SGB)对植物神经功能紊乱的治疗效果。方法 100例植物神经功能紊乱患者随机分为两组,每组50例:对照组(口服药物治疗);SGB组(口服药物治疗同时行SGB治疗)。结果 SGB组植物神经功能紊乱痊愈率明显高于对照组。结论星状神经节阻滞对治疗植物神经功能紊乱效果确切。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of stellate ganglion block （SGB）in plant nerve dysfunction. Methods ： One hundred eases of plant nerve dysfunction patients were randomly divided into two groups with fifty in each group： The control group （orally drug therapy） ; The SGB group （orally drug therapy and line SGB treatment）. Results： The healed rate of the SGB group in plant nerve dysfunction was obviously higher than that of the control group. Conclusion： The therapeutic effect of stellate ganglion block in plant nerve dysfunction is exact.
