摘  要:大庆采油四厂三元复合驱垢的成分比较特殊,Ba2+比较多,普通的酸液体系不能将其溶解,针对这一实际情况,通过对清垢剂的清垢机理分析以及实验,研究出一种新型除垢剂,以螯合剂为主剂,添加剂为辅剂。室内试验结果表明,此除垢剂具有良好的溶垢性能,其最佳使用条件为:清垢温度为50℃,体系ph值为13,清垢时间16 h。The component of scale in No. 4 Oil Production Company of Daqing Oil Field Company is particular that has much Ba2+ , so common scale dissolver can not dissolve it. In connection with the fact, through about the mechanism of scale dissolver during ASP flooding and experiment, a new type of scale dissolver is researched which is chelating agent to the main and addition agent to the auxiliary. The laboratory experiments indicate that this scale dissolver has approved elimination of scaling, and its pill3, scale clcanout timel6 h. optimum conditions is: scale cleanout temperature 50 ℃,
