摘　　要：建筑企业的社会责任问题已成为全社会广泛关注的问题,其社会责任的履行需要他律机制的监管和激励。根据建筑业社会责任缺失的现状,以建筑企业社会责任评价为核心,构建了建筑业社会责任管理体系模型。在对建筑企业社会责任进行评价时,考虑了处于不同生命周期的企业在履行社会责任时的差异,建立了一套可操作的指标体系,并使用DEA方法对参评对象进行评价。随机分层抽取了十家企业作为数值算例,验证了该评价方案的有效性。Recently, the CSR （Corporate-Social-Responsibility） problem of construction enterprise has become a widespread social concern, and in order to fulfill its social responsibility, supervision and encouragement of the heteronomy mechanism is needed. According to the status that construction industry lacks of social responsibility, taking evaluation of construction enterprise CSR as the core, the CSR management system model based on Construetion Industry is buihed. For the evaluation of construction enterprise CSR, taking that the enterprise has different performance on tional indicators random sample fulfilling the social responsibility at different periods of the life cycle into consideration, a set of operasystem is established, and used the DEA method to evaluate participating objects. Finally, stratified of ten companies is used as numerical examples to verify the validity of the evaluation scheme
