摘　　要：目的 采用5种微型带蒂组织瓣修复不同类型的手指皮肤软组织缺损并对其临床疗效进行分析.方法 方法2004年7月-2008年12月收治68例78指皮肤软组织缺损患者,一期分别采用5种微型带蒂组织瓣移植修复,其中采用邻指皮瓣修复22指,指动脉岛状皮瓣29指,V-Y推进皮瓣7指,食指背侧动脉岛状皮瓣9指,邻指皮下组织瓣11指.结果 术后皮瓣存活77指,坏死1指.术后42例获得随访,随访期3～12个月,皮瓣质地、外形及功能均较满意,手功能恢复满意.结论 微型组织瓣是修复手指软组织缺损的有用的方法.Objective To report the use of the mini flaps for repairing the soft tissue defects ot the fingers. Methods From April 2004 to December 2008, 78 digital soft tissue defects in 68 patients were repaired in our department. The defects were repaired by using 5 mini flaps separately, which included the cross finger flaps （n=22） and its subcutaneous （n=11）, pedicle island flaps based on the proper digital artery （n= 29） and its branches （n=9）, and V-Y advancement flaps （n=7）. Results Following-up ranged from 3 months to 1 years, 77 of 78 flaps survived completely, and 1 necrosis. The apperance, texture, and function of the digits were satisfactory. Conclusion The mini flaps is useful and reliable for the treatment of the soft tissue defects of the fingers.
