摘　　要：随着经济的发展与城市化的加速,土地的瓶颈效应日渐凸显。如何科学地利用好每一寸土地,已成为世界发达地区共同面对的问题。当前东莞土地状况是用地紧张与闲置并存;土地日渐稀缺与侵占浪费共显;存在的问题主要有土地规划相对滞后,土地结构不平衡,土地利用粗放不集约节约、分散不集中等;内在原因既有思想上重工业轻生态环境,也有城镇建设上盲目快速扩张,更有政绩上重视经济发展忽视人居环境建设等。因此,东莞只有实施科学利用土地战略,才能有效解决人地矛盾,实现人与自然和谐发展,建设好创新型生态宜居城市。Along with the economic development and city＇s booming,people are gradually facing the bottleneck in land utilizing.And about how to use every square land scientifically has become the common problem in developed countries.However,The Land use situation in DongGuan is that land tight using together with land unoccupied and land becoming rare together with land seriously wasted.That land planning lagged、structural imbalance、exploited unintensivly and uneconomical、distributed not concentrated are the main problem.So DongGuan city must implement the scientific strategy of land can it resolve the conflicts between man and land,achieve development of man and nature,build DongGuan an innovated、ecological and habitable city.
