摘　　要：构建一套科学的城乡公共服务一体化评价体系,是地方政府提高公共服务供给能力,实现城乡公共服务一体化的必备条件。本文对城乡公共服务一体化的科学内涵进行了解读,基于理论分析和江苏实际构建江苏城乡公共服务一体化评价指标体系,并以城乡公共服务发展水平、城乡公共服务协调水平两个维度,共16个评价指标为依据,对2005～2009年江苏城乡一体化的发展水平及演进进行实证研究,得出江苏省城乡公共服务一体化处于中度一体化的阶段,并基于此提出相关政策建议。To construct a set of scientific evaluation system of urban and rural public service integration is the prerequisite for local governments to raise public service supply capacity and realize the integration of urban and rural public service.The scientific content of the urban and rural public service has been unscramble.We construct urban and rural public service integration of jiangsu evaluation index system which is based on the theoretical analysis and practical in jiangsu province and do the empirical research of the urban and rural integration development level of jiangsu and evolution during 2005～2009 by 16 evaluation index as the basis.The result is that Jiangsu＇s urban and rural public service integration is in moderate integration phase.At last,we Put forward relevant policy Suggestions based on this.
