当前我国超额货币的测算与冲销对策

摘　　要：本文在测算我国超额货币的基础上,分析了当前我国超额货币的成因以及对经济的不利影响。结果表明当前我国超额货币现象严重,不仅诱发通货膨胀,而且削弱货币政策的效果。在此基础上,提出兜售央票,斩断人民币升值预期,合理使用外汇储备等政策建议。the paper evaluates China＇s excessive mo-ney.On the basic of calculating the excessive money,it analyzes the causes of excess money and the negative impact on the economy.The results show that excess money of China is serious,not only cause inflation,and weaken the implementation of monetary policy effects.On this foundation,the paper gives some suggestions.Such as sell central bank bills,cut off the expectation of RMB appreciation,use foreign exchange reserves in reason.
