国际双保理结算方式下的风险与防范

摘　　要：随着我国对外贸易的迅速发展,外贸企业在结算方式方面发生了重要变化,信用证、电汇等传统的结算方式所占比例不断下降,保理结算,尤其是双保理结算方式脱颖而出。对外向型的中小企业来说,双保理的结算方式更为重要,本文分析了双保理业务在实际工作中所面临的风险,并且提出了相应的防范措施。With the rapid development of China＇s foreign trade,foreign trade enterprises in the settlement has undergone important changes,letters of credit,telegraphic transfers and other traditional method of settlement declining proportion,factoring settlement,especially the two factors systemt becomes important.Especially for export-oriented SMEs,the two factors system is more important,this paper analyzes two factors system in the actual work risks,and proposed a corresponding preventive measures.
