摘　　要：黑色旅游的开发因其敏感性曾引起较大争议,但开发的意义不言而喻。本文以公共关系为视角,在分析其黑色旅游构成要素的基础之上,重点探讨了其开发思路,即满足游客公众的体验和感悟的精神需求,协调灾区居民公众与黑色旅游景点管理之间的关系,实现灾区经济复苏、形象重塑等。The construction of Dark Tourism causedserious dispute due to its sensitive feature,but the significance of Dark Tourism construction is self-evident.This essay,from the PR aspect,based on the analysis of its foundation elements,mainly analyses the Dark Tourism＇ construction considerations,which are satisfying the tourists＇ mental demand,coordinating the relationship between the residents in the earthquake-stricken areas and the management departments of tourists＇ attractions,and achieving the economic recovery and the image-rebuilding of these areas.
