摘　　要：根据医院开展优质护理服务示范工程情况,阐明了可持续发展的依据,并从工作路径、护理培训、调动护士积极性、护士数质量要求、深层管理问题等方面论述了优质护理服务可持续发展需解决的问题,以便形成医院有效管理的长效机制,推动优质护理服务向更深层次发展,取得令患者、医务人员、政府满意的成效,为构建和谐的医患关系走出一条新路,为医改注入新的活力。Based on the situation of implementing the demonstration project of quality nursing,the rationale of quality nursing sustainable development is discussed.Problems blocking its sustainable development is discussed in the aspects of working pathway,nursing training,motivation,nursing quality and deep water management are also discussed to shape long term and effective management mechanism,promote quality nursing development,achieve all parts satisfaction,find a new way on building harmonious hospital patient relationship and give power for the new health system reform.
