摘　　要：电子病历作为公立医院改革试点工作的重要内容是医疗信息化发展的阶段性标志,对于改善医疗服务、提升医疗质量、优化质量管理均有着十分重要的意义。江苏大学附属宜兴医院通过基于电子病历平台就医疗资源管理调配、临床路径管理、运行病历质控管理、医院感染管理、出院患者随访管理、医师手术权限管理等方面进行了医院运行质量管理实践,取得了一定的成效,但总体仍有很大的不足。As an important part of pilot reform of public hospitals,electronic medical record is a staggered symbol of medical information development.It has great significance for the improvement of medical services,the protection of health care quality,and the optimization of quality management.In Affiliated Yixing Hospital,Jiangsu University,based on the electronic medical record platform,practice on medical resources allocation,clinical pathway management,medical infection management,discharged patient follow up management and surgery access management to improve hospital operation quality has been carried out.It has got some effect but still needed heavy improving.Our hospital practice on health care resource management and other aspects of management practices achieved some results,but overall there is still much to be desired.
