循证医院管理在病案管理中的应用

摘　　要：在病案管理中,医院病案管理委员会通过循证医院管理学找出充分的科学证据,用以研究讨论病案质量管理的措施、方法,使医院病案管理逐步走上科学化决策程序。通过循证医院管理学的运用,完善病案质量管理持续改进机制,提高服务质量等措施,建立科学的病案管理的运行模式,促进病案质量管理的可持续发展。把循证医院管理学与人文科学管理紧密结合,使各项服务活动都作为实践循证医院管理的途径,不断提升服务品质,营造和谐环境。The hospital medical records management committee to study and discuss the measures and methods of medical record quality management by finding sufficient scientific evidence according to evidence-based hospital management, in order to make the hospital medical records management on a scientific decision-making procedures step by step. Some measures such as completing improvement mechanism, improving service quality and establishing the scientific operation mode of the medical records management should be taken to promote the sustainable development of medical records quality management by using evidence-based hospital management. Evidence-based hospital management and the humanities scientific management were connected closely, so that all service activities as a way to practice evidence-based hospital management and improve service quality, and create a harmonious environment.
