辅助生殖专科的病案管理

摘　　要：我院人类辅助生殖病案管理实行了专库统一管理、门诊双病案即对于一般就诊、咨询和初次检查病人书写普通门诊病案,由患者保存。对于经初步检查,符合辅助生殖治疗适应症,准备在我院接收治疗的门诊病人,增写我院生殖医学专科门诊病案,并在门诊专设病案柜进行统一归档管理;住院病案色彩标示管理、信息双核对、全程病案质控、专人随访、病案严禁外借等管理措施。确保了病案管理工作统一、规范、高效、有序,提升了人类辅助生殖病案管理质量和水平。Special storeroom unified management and outpatient double medical records were put into practice within human assisted reproductive medical records management in our hospital. Patients with general treatment, consultation and initial examination were given ordinary outpatient records which were saved by themselves. Patients who need assisted reproductive treatment should fill out the reproductive medicine specialist out-patient medical records. Medical records should be put into shelves. Some measures such as color - coded management, double check the information, quality control of medical records, specialist follow-up and not for circulation to ensure that the medical record management work united, standard and efficient, and orderly and improve the quality and level of human assisted reproductive medical record management.
