摘　　要：目的设计出一套适合我院的数字化病案管理信息系统,全面提升其病案的服务与利用功能,提高病案管理效率。方法通过对我院病案管理现状的分析,阐述病案管理数字化的必要性;并设计出数字化病案管理系统并应用。结果数字化病案管理系统根据功能结构划分为病案示踪、首页管理、病案扫描、医疗统计四个模块,数字化病案管理系统的实际应用实现了病案首页信息利用、病案流通、医疗信息统计、病案存储等病案管理工作的数字化。结论数字化病案管理系统有效提升了医院病案的服务利用水平,提高了病案管理工作整体效率,提高了病案管理信息化水平。Objective Design a set of record management Information system for our hospital, enhance the function of service and utilization, Improve the work efficiency of Record Management. Method By analyzing the current situation of record management, Elaborating the necessity of digital management of record and devising the record management information system then bring into use. Result The system is dividing into record tracing, first page management, record scanning and medical statistics. Through the application of the system, the using, circulating, statistics and storage of medical records are digitized. Conclusion Record management effectively upgrade the level of record use and management, improve the level of work efficiency.
