摘　　要：目的提高打印体温单质量，减少体温单中存在的书写缺陷问题。方法对2010年我院29，467份出院病案中45，758页体温单质量进行质控和分析。结果45，758页体温单中合格页数为44，016页，合格率为96％，不合格页数为1742页。不合格的体温单主要为眉栏项目缺陷有327页；在体温单的40℃一42℃横线之间书写内容缺陷为362页，体温、脉搏、呼吸绘制曲线缺陷为275页。底栏如体重、血压等项目缺陷398页；打印质量缺陷380页。结论体温单填写缺陷问题不容忽视，加强三级质控管理，可以有效提高电子打印体温单的质量。Objective To improve the quality of typewritten temperature chart and reduce problems. Methods 45758 pages typewritten temperature charts of 29467 medical records were quality controlled and analyzed. Results The number of pages of qualified charts were 44016, pass rate of 96%, the failed were 1742. The number of pages of header defects were 327, temperature of 40℃ -42℃ defects were 362, Body temperature, pulse, respiration curve defects were 275, bottom bar, such as weight, blood pressure and other defects were 398, print quality defect were 380. Conclusion Typewritten temperature chart filling defects can not be ignored. Strengthening the three classes quality control management can effectively improve the quality of typewritten temperature chart.
