摘　　要：目的了解腹腔镜减肥手术术式,探讨手术编码。方法依据腹腔镜减肥手术的不同术式及编码原则,探讨手术的正确编码。结果腹腔镜减肥手术采取的手术方法、术式不同,编码亦不同。结论编码员应随时掌握临床新开展的业务正确编码,以满足临床医教研统计的需要。Objective To know the ways of laparoscope bariatrie Surgery, and discuss the classification of the surgery. Methods Discussing the classification of the surgery according to different ways and coding principle of laparoscope bariatric surgery. Results Laparoscope bariatric surgery have different coding according to different surgical methods and ways. Conclusion Coders should grasp correct code of new clinical surgeries to meet the needs of clinical medicine, education, research and statistics.
