摘　　要：目的探讨利用医院网络信息,改进统计工作的模式,及时准确上报医疗信息。方法利用网络信息互通优势,从电子病案中以EX-CEL文件形式批量导出当日出院病人病案首页信息资料,通过数据接口模式导入医院信息系统(hospitaL information system,HIS)中,经与电子病案中详细信息校核、编码后及时生成每日出院病人信息,月初汇总成各类报表。结果改进后的医院统计工作模式优点明显,电子病案系统与HIS系统合理衔接,工作效率与质量大大提高。结论探讨改进医院统计工作模式,充分利用医院信息网络及时采集统计信息,实现了信息资源共享,实现了系统间的无缝对接,医疗信息统计变得高效、便捷、准确。Objective To explore the use of hospital network information to improve the statistical work mode, and timely and accurately report medical information. Methods Using advantages of network information exchanging, exporting the front sheet of medical record in the form of EXCEL file, importing hospital information system in the mode of data interface, making the daily discharged patients information by checking and coding finedetail information of electronic medical record, and generating report forms at the beginning of a month. Results Improved hospital statistics mode has obvious advantages. The electronic medical record system and hospital information systems reasonable join together. Work efficiency and quality has greatly improved. Conclusion The measures of improving hospital statistics work mode and a full use of hospital information network and timely statistics collection can realize information resource sharing and noslot joint between systems. The hospital information statistics become efficient, convenient and accurate.
