摘　　要：目的通过了解脑卒中患者居家照顾者负荷的现状(包括生理、心理、社会和经济方面的负荷),探讨主要照顾者负荷的影响因素(如病人的残障程度、照顾者的特征、社会支持系统等)。方法以问卷调查的方式,抽样2011年4月-6月期间,在我院神经内科门诊复诊的脑卒中患者的居家主要照顾者96例。结果脑卒中患者的日常生活能力需要协助者占55.2%,照顾者所承受的压力明显存在,社会支持系统不足。照顾者负荷的主要因素为患者病程、日常生活能力、照顾者年龄、性别和每日照顾时间等。结论脑卒中患者居家主要照顾者存在压力性负荷,在关注患者的同时也应关注照顾者,完善社区服务,提高社会支持系统的作用。Objective To know the current situation of load of home caregivers of stroke patients （including physical, psychological, social and economic）. To discuss the influencing factor of home caregivers （such as the patient＇ s degree of disability, the characteristics of caregivers, social support systems, etc. ） Methods Investigating 96 home caregivers of stroke patients from neurology clinic during April 2011 and June 2011 by questionnaire survey. Results Stroke patients need assistance in daily life accounted for 55.2%. Caregivers were under considerable pressure. The main factors of caregiver＇s burden were course of disease, activities of daily living, caregiver＇s age, gender and care time per day. Conclusion Home caregivers of Stroke Patients have load, they should be of concern. Methods should be taken to improve community services, enhance the role of social support systems.
