摘　　要：分析了"一边倒"时期新中国所面临的国内外局势,阐述了建国初期中国的国家利益与"一边倒"战略的形成,在此基础上论述了"一边倒"时期的体育国际发展战略的目标与任务、战略措施与实施,并对战略的实施进行了评估,总结了对新时期中国体育国际发展战略的启示。Firstly,This article analyzes the situation at home and abroad faced by the new China,expounds the national interest and the ＂leaning to one side＂ strategy formation;Secondly,it expounds the goals and tasks,strategic measures and implementation of the international development strategy of the Chinese sports.Thirdly,it summarizes the inspiration of the international development strategy of the Chinese sports in new era.
