摘　　要："全民全运"理念的提出,是对第十一届全国运动会(以下简称"十一运会")深刻内涵的充分挖掘,同时也开启了中国体育与时俱进、和谐发展,竞技体育与全民健身共同繁荣的新篇章。在"全民全运"视角下,我国健身娱乐业的发展应在切实抓好政府管理与监督机制的前提下,完善法律法规保障体系,提升业内服务理念与质量,并注重引导健身意识和消费观念、采取科学营销策略、加快体育健身娱乐业经营管理人才的培养。这样,才能促进健身娱乐业又好又快发展。The idea of ＂Everybody＇s Games＂ fully signified the profound meaning of the 11th National Games,but also opened a new chapter of Chinese sports which keep pace with times,develops harmoniously and share prosperity between competitive sports and mass sports.In the perspective of ＂Everybody＇s Games＂,China＇s fitness entertainment industry should be earnestly governed and supervised by government.Laws and regulations and security system should be improved.The service concept and quality should be upgraded,and health awareness and consumption concept should be focused on taking scientific marketing strategies,enhancing physical fitness and entertainment team building.In this way,the fitness and entertainment industry should be promoted for sound and rapid development.
