摘　　要：高校特殊群体体育成绩管理的滞后已成为制约教学质量提高的瓶颈,也造成特殊群体体育教学体系的断裂与缺陷。在创新理念下,对特殊群体开展契约式体育成绩管理模式进行研究,研究包括:个体化的目标成绩考核;数量化的进步成绩考核;标准化的平时成绩考核。三部分相辅相成,其优势是:考核涵盖的全面性;方式应用的科学性;内容寓意的时代性;过程体现的和谐性。Backward performance management mode of PE scores has become the bottleneck for the enhancement of the education quality and causes the break and deficiency of the group with special needs in the PE education system.Research has been done in the thought of creativity-oriented education which includes： individual performance evaluation under contract;quantitative performance evaluation for improvement;standardization evaluation for daily performance.The three parts reinforces each other.Its advantage is that it is comprehensive in the test content,proper in the measures application,popular in the content with keeps pace with the time and harmonious in the process of reflection.
