摘　　要：目的观察MEBO治疗糖尿病足溃疡创面的疗效。方法应用皮肤原位再生复原技术对2例糖尿病足溃疡创面全程采用MEBO外用治疗。结果创面逐渐愈合,皮肤光滑柔软,无瘢痕,肤色正常,无功能障碍,未见皮肤过敏现象。疗程为2w～12w不等。结论 MEBO外用治疗糖尿病足溃疡,能促进创面坏死组织液化脱落,止痒止痛,可抑制细菌生长繁殖,配合基础治疗局部炎症控制较快,组织再生修复能力增强,效果好,使用方法简便,疗效显著,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of MEBO in the treatment of diabetic foot uleer. Methods MEBT/MEBO was topically applied through the whole course of treatment of diabetic fool ulcer by in situ skin regenerative restoration technology. Results The wound gradually healed with normal color. The surrounding skin was smooth and soft without sear formation, dysfunction and allergic reactions. The treatment course varied from 2 weeks to 12 weeks. Conclusions MEBO external use or MEBO gauze can soften and liquefy the necrotic tissues of the wound, and also has the functions of countering pain and itch, of inhibiting the growth and proliferation of haeterium. If combined with other basic treatments, it can control local infection tast and enhance the potential of tissue regenerative restoration. In a word, this treatment deserves to be popularized with its significant therapeutic effects and convenience of operation.
