摘　　要：目的探讨临床实验室的生物安全隐患,制定有效的生物安全管理措施。临床实验室的生物安全管理是一项系统工程,涉及到院领导、医疗器械及消费品供应部门,需要临床医生和护士及后勤环卫人员的多方面支持、协助和合作。方法分析临床实验室生物安全管理中存在的问题。结果长期以来检验学科建设在理念上更多重视的是质量管理、经济管理、信息管理和人力资源管理,相对忽视了生物安全管理。临床实验室及相关人员的防护意识、生物安全知识培训、防护设备、临床标本的运输、医疗废弃物的处理等方面存在一系列不规范的问题。结论在工作中,医院可投入大量资金购买精密仪器设备,而对添置生物安全设备,甚至价格价廉的一次性消费品却考虑甚少。在抗击传染性非典型肺炎(SARS)的斗争中的沉痛的教训,使笔者清醒地认识到实验室的安全管理的重要性。临床实验室应严格执行生物安全相关的政策法规,加强和完善生物安全管理。Objective To study biosafety risks in clinical laboratory,and to formulate the effective management strategy.Biosafety management was a series of projects which needed the hospital leaders,medical equipment,consumable supply department and medical works support.Methods Clinical laboratory existing problems of biosafety management in clinical laboratory were analyzed.Results Clinical laboratory construction was often focused on quality management,information management and human resource management.Little attention was paid to biosafety management.A series problems such as pesonnel＇s protective consciousness,training of biosafety knowledge,protective equipment,transporting samples,handling medical wastes,etc existed.Conclusion A lot of money was invested to buy equipment,but biosafety equipment and disposable consumer goods were seldom considered.The importance of laboratory safety management in fighting against SARS and biosafety policies should be realized and regulations should be executed strictly in clinical laboratory,and biosafety management should be strengthened and consummated.
