摘　　要：目的探讨脑卒中患者护理安全隐患的护理干预方法及效果。方法护理人员从护理安全管理出发,通过对脑卒中患者安全隐患的分析、评估,制订出相应的防范措施,最大限度地消除不安全因素,减少护理不良事件的发生。结果针对脑卒中患者特点,找出常见安全隐患,从思想上引起重视,主动实施相关防范措施,将脑卒中患者护理安全隐患消灭在萌芽状态。结论通过有效的护理安全隐患评估,制定有效防范措施,消除了患者的安全隐患,患者危险发生率为0,保障了患者的安全。护理干预有助于减少脑卒中住院患者的不安全事件的发生,确保护理工作优质高效地顺利进行。Objective To evaluate the effects of nursing interventions on the hidden danger of patients with stroke.Methods According to the safe nursing management standards,the hidden danger of each patient with stroke were analyzed and evaluated by nurses,and the precautionary measures were also worked out to remove the safety factor to greatest extent,and reduce the occurrence of adverse events in nursing.Results The common safety problems were identified and eliminated by taking the precautionary measures special made for each patient with stoke.Conclusion The nursing management assessment and effective precautionary measures can eliminate the hiden dangers of patients with stroke,decrease the rate of nursing risks,ensure the safety of patients,and increase the quality of nursing cares.
