摘  要:目的:探讨氧驱动雾化方式对老年创伤性湿肺患者的临床疗效及护理体会。方法:将60例老年创伤性湿肺患者随机分为观察组(氧驱动雾化方式)、对照组(超声雾化吸入方式),每组30例。两组使用相同剂量的庆大霉素加盐酸氨溴索,吸入15分钟。观察患者的舒适度、排痰效果、咳嗽程度、缺氧紫绀变化、SPO2等临床指标的变化。结果:两组患者在排痰效果、咳嗽程度上无明显差异;雾化吸入时,两组在出现缺氧紫绀、舒适度、SPO2等方面比较,观察组明显好于对照组(p<0.05)。结论:应用氧驱动雾化吸入在改善创伤性湿肺患者排痰效果、咳嗽程度的同时,对其缺氧紫绀、舒适度、SPO2等方面优于超声雾化吸入方式。Objective:Atomization of oxygen-driven approach in elderly patients with traumatic wet lung clinical and nursing.Methods :60 el- derly patients with traumatic wet lung were randomly divided into two groups(Oxygen-driven atomization),The control group (ultrasonic atom- izing inhalation),N = 30. Two groups using the same dose of gentamicin plus ambroxol, inhaled 15 minutes. Observe the patient's comfort, the effect expectoration, cough extent, changes in hypoxia, cyanosis, SPO2 and other clinical indicators. Result:Two groups of patients in the spu- tum results, no significant difference in degree of cough; Inhalation, the two groups in case of hypoxia, cyanosis, comfort, SP02 and other as- pects of observation group was significantly better than the control group (p〈0.05).Conclusion:Inhalation of oxygen-driven applications to improve to improve the traumatic effects of wet lung in patients with sputum, cough, while the degree of its oxygen cyanosis, comfort, SPO2 is su- perior to ultrasonic atomizing inhalation.
