心形吻合术治疗小儿先天性巨结肠的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨心形吻合术治疗小儿先天性巨结肠的有效性方法对我院小儿外科自2001年6月～2007年9月采用心形吻合术治疗的36例HD患儿进行回顾性分析。所有患者均经病理明确诊断,随访30例,时间3.5～10年。结果全部病例手术顺利,术后营养改善、近期无吻合口漏,无腹腔及伤口感染,远期无便秘复发及吻合口狭窄、大便失禁、污裤等并发症。结论心形吻合术治疗小儿先天性巨结肠安全有效,临床运用时掌握其适应症。Objective：To Explore the effectiveness of heart -shaped anastomosis in treating Pediatric Congenital Megacolon（ Hirschsprung disease, HD）. Method：36 ca - ses of the HD treating by Heart - shaped anastomosis were retrospectively analyzed in our pediatric surgery since 2001 June to September 2007. All patients（30 cases） were clear diagnosis by pathological examination, and Follow -up time was 3.5 to 10 years. Results：All operations were smooth, and nutri- tion improved after operations. There were no anastomotie stoma leakage and infection of Peritoneal cavity and wound in Near period, no comphcations, such as constipation recurrence anastomotie stoma stricture, defecate incontinence and contaminating pants in the forward. Conclusions： Heart -shaped anastomosis in treating Pediatric Congenital Megacolun is safe and effective, clinical use control the indications.
