药物流产后阴道出血时间延长的B超监测体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨药物流产后阴道出血时间延长时使用B超监测的临床价值及指导意义。方法对91例药物流产后阴道出血时间延长者行B超检查,根据B超的诊断结果分别给予药物或手术干预。结果 55例B超检查宫腔有异常回声者行清宫术,均见宫内残留物,为绒毛、蜕膜或机化坏死蜕膜组织,B超结果与宫内清出物符合率100%;36例B超检查无明显异常者给予药物治疗,其中31例血止,另外5例药物治疗无效,行诊刮见少许残留物,B超结果符合率86.11%。结论药物流产后阴道出血时间延长者,适时B超监测,及时采取相应的治疗措施,对减少药流后并发症的发生有着十分重要的意义。Objective to study the prolonged vaginal bleeding after drug abortion and clinical value of using b - mode ultrasound monitoring guidance. Conclusion prolonged vaginal bleeding after drug abortion, b - mode ultrasound monitoring in due time, to take timely appropriate treatment measures to reduce the incidence of abortion complications has very important significance.
