摘　　要：目的:探讨采用直肠下段黏膜环切治疗三期脱垂内痔的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院230例采用直肠下段黏膜环切治疗的三期脱垂内痔的资料,总结临床治疗效果和并发症的发生。结果 230例患者中,治愈226例,所有患者均痔块回缩。结论采用直肠下段黏膜环切治疗三期脱垂内痔能取得较好的疗效。Objective Explore the use of rectal mucosal resection of throe clinical efficacy of internal hemorrhoids prolapse Methods Retrospective analysis of 230 cases of hospital use rectal mucosal resection of three prolapsed hemorrhoids information, summarize clinical outcomes and complications. Result 230 patients were cured 226 cases, of all patients were hemorrhoids block retraction. Conclusion The use of rectal mucosal resection of three internal hemorrhoids prolapse can achieve better results.
