摘　　要：报道了化工部八五重点项目“聚偏氟乙烯村脂新工艺开发”中的偏‘氟乙烯单体制备部分。实验结果表明：甲基氯仿法制备偏氟乙烯具有工艺流程短，工艺设备放大容易，工业自动化程度高，废催化剂易处理，偏氟乙烯纯度高等优点，技术指标达到了合同要求。Reporting the process of making vinylidenefluoride with methylchloroform. The experiment results show that the process is shorter, the devices are enlarged and autocontrolled easily, wastcatalyst is treated easily, the purity of VDF is high. The parameters of the process reach the contract specification.
