摘　　要：随着转基因昆虫的广泛应用,其带来的风险也日益受到人们的关注。本文从抗生素抗性基因的转移、载体基因转移和转座子的不稳定性、目的基因的水平转移、转基因昆虫增加基因水平转移的风险及转基因昆虫对生态系统的破坏5个方面阐述了转基因昆虫的生物安全性。With the broadly applied of transgenic insects, the risks of it bring more and more people＇s attention. The biological safety of transgenic insects were discussed from following five aspects： transference of antibiotic resistance genes, transference of carrier genes and instability of transposons, horizontal transference of target gene, transgenic insects increase the risk of horizontal transference of gene, transgenic insects destroy ecosystem.
