摘 要:制备聚硅酸铝铁复合絮凝剂,研究其絮体分形维数与絮凝效果之间的关系,并进一步分析了水力条件对絮体形态的影响,确定了絮体的动力学模型。结果表明,絮凝剂投加量过多或过少都会降低絮体分形维数;碱化度升高会使絮体更加密实,同时分形维数随搅拌强度的增加而增大,但搅拌条件过强会增大絮体破碎几率;在絮凝初期,分形维数随慢搅时间的增长而增大,之后趋于平缓;絮体粒径受破碎时间的影响,破碎时间越长,破碎后粒径越小。聚硅酸铝铁絮凝剂的动力学模型为反应控制聚集型。In this paper polyaluminum ferric silicate flocculants are prepared, the relationship between fractal dimension of flocs and the effect of fect of flocculation is studied, the influences d hydraulic condition on flocs pattern are analyzed and at last the dynamical mode d flocs is detemined. It turns out that fractal dimension will be lower if the flocculants dosing is too much or not enough; the increase of alkalinity makes the flocs to be more dense and fractal dimension increases with the incwase of the stirring intensity but decreases when it is excessive; at the early stage, fractal dimension increases accompanied by the increase of slow stirring time, then goes to drop off; the diameter of particles is influenced by broken time, and it decreases with the increase of broken time. The dynamical mode of flocs is reaction limited aggregation.
