摘　　要：利用ArcIMS数据结构的数字化、可视化技术将尾矿库空间实体信息表示为空间集、属性集和指标集,解决了尾矿库安全管理专家系统的知识库、图层库和规划数据库技术方案;再利用ArcIMS地图数据组织工具,将地理坐标在空间图层中标定出来然后生成相应的图层(*.shp)文件,这些文件就是尾矿库安全管理专家系统要发布和操作的对象;最后利用ArcIMS地图服务管理工具,结合尾矿库安全管理专家系统的规划决策功能,编制了尾矿库安全管理专家系统软件。ArclMS data frame and the technique of digital and visual is used to express the tailing pond entity infonnation with space set, attribute set and index set and it has solved the knowledge base, the chart base and the program database technique project of expert system of the tailing pond safety plan; then ArcIMS map data structure tool is used to mark the geography coordinate in the space chart and pnxtuce a corresponding chart （ ＊ .shp）file which is the object that expert system of the tailing pond safety plan will pronlulgate and operate; finally ArcIMS map serve managemant tool is applied to compile tailing pond safety plan expert system software, combining the plan decision - making function of expert system of the tailing pond safety plan.
