摘  要:为提高镀层性能,需要对镀层进行热处理,热处理包括除氢、加热扩散等,它们直接影响到镀层性能的好坏。用除氢、加热扩散实验说明,热处理可以除去镍镀层中的氢,提高镍镀层与基体金属的结合力。确定了化学镀镍层除氢、加热扩散的温度及时间。经热处理的镀层被刀具切削时,镀层与钢材间结合可靠。In order to improve the coating's performance,heat treating process is needed which includes degas-sing hydrogen,heat diffusion and so on,which directly affects the coating's performance.In this study,degas-sing hydrogen and heating diffusion experiments were employed to demonstrate that heat treatment can remove the hydrogen in the nickel plating,improve the binding force between the coating and the substrate metal.The process temperature and time were defined about degassing hydrogen and heating diffusion on electroless nickel plating.After heat treating,the binding force between coating and steel was reliable when the coating was cut.
