摘  要:能量在传递和转换过程中其量是守恒的,而的量不守恒,则其必有独特的传递和转换规律。依据传递原理,建立蒸汽动力循环及装置的传递模型,提出并定义装置设备的流密度、流密度降低速率与流密度降低系数等评价分析准则及其计算式。在此基础上,以某电厂技改项目为对象,对技改后系统中能质行为做了传递计算。结果表明,利用工业汽轮机驱动给水泵可以使蒸汽动力循环的尽可能地得到利用,有利于热电厂的能量转换和电厂经济性的提高,从而为改进机组及指导装置运行提出了可行的节能方案。Energy is conservative in its transfer and conversion process.While exergy is known to be non-conservative,it must have the special law for its transfer and conversion.According to the exergy transfer theory,the paper establish the exergy transfer model of unit and the devices for the Steam Power Cycle system.Some criterions to analyze and evaluate the devices and equipments such as the exergy fluid density,exergy fluid density reduction rate,exergy fluid density digressive rate coefficient are raised and defined.The calculation formulas for each criterion are also presented.Taking the technical transformation project in the power plant for example,the exergy transfer calculation is made.The results show that with reasonable utilization of small industry turbine,the power consumption ratio can be obviously reduced,and the thermal efficiency can be prominently enhanced.Therefore,it can provide the detailed suggestions to improve the design of Steam Power Cycle Device and direct the device operation.
