论网络庭审在少年刑事司法中的适用

摘　　要：网络庭审快速、高效、便捷、宽松的司法特点有利于保护未成年被告人的合法权益,有利于教育和改造未成年被告人。网络庭审在少年司法中的适用因广大青少年对网络技术的掌握而具备了前提条件,也具备了司法基础、物质基础和组织保障,具有可行性。但网络庭审应限定在部分少年司法案件中,设置庭前、庭中和庭后的程序规范,加强程序保障和安全保障。The network trial which is fast, efficient, expeditious and easy is good for protecting the legitimate rights and interests of minority, and educating and reforming the juvenile. The application of network trial in the juvenile justice has the preconditions for the mass of juvenile with the network technology. And it also has the foun- dation of the material and justice. So it is wholly applicable. But it should be restricted within parts of cases. In addi- tion, we should set some rules on the procedures of the whole court, and strengthen the protection of the procedure and security.
