小鼠受精卵在体内外发育成桑椹胚的对比研究

摘　　要：用１０ 单位孕马血清和１０ 单位人绒毛膜促性腺素使小白鼠超数排卵，自然交配后分两组，一组取受精卵，统计受精卵个数，并在ＣＺＢ 培养基微滴内培养７８ｈ，统计发育成桑椹胚的个数。另一组，让受精卵在体内自然发育７２ｈ，收集桑椹胚，统计其个数。比较研究受精卵在体内外发育到桑椹胚的能力。实验结果表明，每只鼠的平均冲出受精卵数为２８．２ 枚；受精卵在体外培养时桑椹胚的发育率为８８％ ；因此在体外培养时从每只鼠平均可得２５ 枚桑椹胚；受精卵在体内发育时每只鼠的平均冲出桑椹胚个数为７ ．２ 枚。比较两组实验结果发现，从前者得到桑椹胚的个数比后者多２ 倍。另外，通过研究，提出了克服小鼠胚胎２ 细胞阻断的经验。Developing KM mouse fertilized egg into morula was studied the mice were superovulated and the embryos were developed in vitro and in vivo from one cell embryo to morula and the number of them was counted.The results of the experiments showed that each mouse prodnced 28.2 fertilized eggs on average;When the embryos were cultured in CZB medium in vitro,the morula developing rate was 88.0%;which meant that an average of 25 morulae from each mouse can be got by culture in vitro; When the embryos were developed in vitro,an average of 7.2 morulae were produced from each mouse.
