摘 要:近年来,随着全球石油资源的日趋紧张和油价的高位震荡,为降低原油采购成本,国内各炼化企业均大幅提高含硫、含酸、重质等劣质原油的加工比例,以此来提高经济效益。基于市场对产品的环保要求不断提高,选择清洁化的加氢工艺技术路线,成为应对原油劣质化的主要措施。因此,氢气成为现代炼油生产过程中不可缺少的原料。然而,氢气也是价格相当高的原料,如何开发低成本氢气,满足生产需求、降低生产成本,成为炼化企业、特别是大型的加氢型炼厂非常关注的问题。大连石化1000×104t/a加工进口含硫原油装置技术改造项目,其二次加工路线采用全加氢工艺流程,对氢气的需求非常大。根据制氢装置工艺设计原料的要求,采用PSA(变压吸附)解析气作为制氢原料,不论是单耗还是总能耗均有所下降,这也就降低了制氢的综合成本,可以获取较为廉价的氢气,每吨氢气可以节约原料成本约3500元,从而达到了降本增效、节约资源的目的。In recent years,as global oil supplies become increasingly tight and oil prices persist at high levels,in order to reduce crude procurement cost,domestic refiners have increased the share of lower-quality crude oils such as sour and heavy crud in their refining process so as to raise refining margins.As the market has increasingly strict environmental requirements for products ,clean hydrogenation process has become the main approach used by refiners to meet the challenges posed by the processing of lower-quality crude oil.Therefore,hydrogen is vital to today's oil refining process.However, hydrogen is very expensive.Developing low-cost hydrogen to meet production needs and reduce production cost has been a key issue of interest to refining enterprises,particularly large refineries adopting hydrogenation technology.PetroChina Dalian Petrochemi- cal Company is conducting a technical upgrade on its 1,000×10^4t/a refining unit,which processes imported sour crude.The unit's secondary processing route uses a full-hydrogenation process and thus has a very high demand for hydrogen.While meeting the design requirements for feedstock for hydrogen production,the company has introduced PSA desorption gas as feedstock for producing hydrogen and as a result,both single-unit and overall energy consumption of the company has dropped ,thus pressing down the overall cost of producing hydrogen.This upgrade offers access to lower-price hydrogen.The feedstock cost saved in producing one ton of hydrogen is about 3,500 yuan.
