摘  要:用氩弧焊进行SF6电压互感器导电管焊接,由于气孔、夹渣及裂纹等焊接缺陷的存在,焊缝气密性差,易发生SF6气体泄漏。采用液相扩散焊技术进行铝镁合金导电管焊接,接头组织趋于均匀化,机械性能达到母材水平,气压密封试验合格,满足SF6互感器导电管工程应用。It is easy for potential transformer conductor tube to leak SF6 gas when the tube is joined by argon arc welding due to joint defects, such as pore, slag inclusion and flaw. In this paper, the A1-Mg alloy conductor tube was joined by transient liquid phase bonding. A homogenous joint is produced, and the properties of tensile and bending are similar to those of parent material. Seal test proves to be qualified, and transient liquid phase bonding is successfully applied in aluminum alloy conductive tube with SFr.
