摘 要:分析了西霞院水库抬高水位运行后小浪底水文站测流断面水力学要素及水位流量关系的变化情况,以及由此对小浪底水文站正常水文测报的影响。结果表明:①西霞院水库在蓄水位低于129 m运行时,对小浪底站流量测报影响较小;②西霞院水库的蓄水位达到131 m时,对小浪底站1 000 m3/s以下的流量测报精度影响较大;③西霞院水库的蓄水位达134 m时,对小浪底站2 500 m3/s流量级以下的洪水测报精度影响较大。针对这些影响,建议:①加密测验,控制水文要素的变化;②建设ADCP测流系统,提高测流质量;③研究复杂因素影响下的水位流量定线推流方法;④加强对测验河段、断面形态的监测。The variety of hydraulic elements and flow-stage relation in Xiaolangdi hydrological cross-section,and the impacts brought by which on normal hydrometry and forecast in Xiaolangdi Hydrometric Station were analyzed,after the operation of raising water level in Xixiayuan Reservoir.The results show that:a)for the operation of Xixiayuan Reservoir,when the water level is lower than 129 m,the less impact on hydrometry of Xiaolangdi Station;b)when the water level reaches to 131 m,the accuracy of hydrometry for discharge lower than 1 000 m3/s is influenced;c)when the water level is up to 134 m,the accuracy of hydrometry for flood discharge lower than 2 500 m3/s is influenced greatly.For these effects,four proposals are recommended:a)to increase the hydrometry frequency and control the variation of hydrological elements;b)to construct ADCP flow measurement system and improve the quality of flow measurement;c)to study flow calculating method by flow-rating curve affected by complex factors,and d)to strengthen the monitoring of shapes of measured reaches and cross-sections.
